How do we ensure that excellent research does not stop at publication, but is actually used in practice?
The GROW Event 2026 brings together PhD candidates, supervisors, policymakers, NGOs and societal partners to explore how research can generate real‑world impact. This year’s edition places a special focus on the implementation of research findings: what you can already do during your project to increase uptake by anticipated end‑users, and what strategies are effective after your project ends. Through interdisciplinary dialogue, international perspectives and intersectoral engagement, closely aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the GROW Event equips  researchers to turn knowledge into action, particularly in and with partners in the Global South.
